Types of Usage

Types of Usage: Personal, Promotional, & Profit (Applies to all of my work / designs)

🍽️Personal: Anything that is not for the purpose of promoting an individual or company, and not for direct or indirect profit (Ex: Toyhouse, Google Drive, icon / pfp for private or non-business acc, RP / DnD group, printing for self / friends, personal projects, etc.)🍽️Promotional: Any art or design used in the context of Streaming / Vtubing / Advertising (Ex: SNS post, art on weekly schedule, screens, Live2D / PNG, banner / thumbnail, etc.)🍽️Profit (Aka Commercial use): Any other commercial or business oriented use for direct or indirect profit (Ex: merchandise, illustration / character in projects for profit (game, comic, book / zine, etc.)) (Comes with NDA)

⚠️ IF intended for profit, client MUST have permission from the original creator / designer to use commercially⚠️

🍽️ Personal & Promotional Art: No fee (NDA can also be requested for gifts)🍽️ Profit (Commercial Use): +$20 fee per piece* (for illustration and adopts / designs) || +$50 fee per piece* (for Live2D)
*Only for solo / small businesses. Larger established businesses / corporations will be charged x2 total as a fee

Regardless of usage, please make sure to use the image with the watermark or credit somewhere visible such as in the description, profile, or in comments

🍽️Returns: Not accepted🍽️Refunds: Full refund will be given if order cannot be completed. Clients are free to request a full refund anytime after the estimated turnaround time.🍽️Cancellation: Clients are welcomed to cancel an order at any point, however, will be responsible for paying to cover for any progress made (partial or full refund depending)

Art / illustration TOS

Regarding all Art / Illustrations from me that are either posted, gifted, traded, or purchased

Specialty: Androgynous characters, adult and young adults, kemonomimi, various body types / race, etc.

🍽️ Commission orders may also be canceled or rejected due to lack of expertise, busy schedule, and other reasons🍽️ My average turnaround is 2~4 months unless specified otherwise on the product / service itself🍽️ My Illustration / work should not be used for AI, NFT, Crypto and the like🍽️ No form of tracing, copying, profiting, and/or reselling parts of the illustration as an asset or product (ex: tracing over the illustration to create a base / ych)🍽️ Artwork featuring original characters (ocs) are designs that belong to their respective creator and/or owner. These illustration and designs are not for the members of the public to use or repost in any way🍽️ Commissioners & other recipients are free to post and use received work on social media with credit (where it's visible), or using watermarked / signed image (Quote rt and tags are also welcome)🍽️ I ask artwork recipients / clients to use the work in ways that are reasonable, civil, and legal🍽️ Commissioned or received work are for personal or promotional use only! If you would like to use it for profit / commercially, please contact me and pay the one-time fee ($20 per art / piece) ! (Otherwise, my written permission)

Character Adopt / Design TOS

Regarding all Character Adopts / Designs from me that are either gifted, traded, or purchased

🍽️ No part of the character / design or art should not be used for NFT / AI / Crypto and the like🍽️ Reposting / uploading is always welcome with credit (where visible)🍽️ Character adopts and designs can be used for personal (RP / DnD / etc.) & promotional use (vtube / stream / etc.) (No fee)🍽️ If intended for profit (commercial use) (ex: for merch / comic / game / etc.) there is a one-time fee of $20!
(*Fee is only for individual / small business, not large or established corporations)🍽️ I ask the owners / recipients of the character adopt / designs use them in ways that are reasonable, civil, and legal🍽️ No form of tracing, copying, profiting, and/or reselling parts of the illustration as an asset or product (ex: tracing over the illustration to create a base / ych)🍽️ Character / design owned can be tweaked / redesigned in any way (outfit, specie, gender, clothes, etc.)🍽️ All character / designs can be gifted, traded, or resold for any price

Live2D TOS

Regarding all Live2D model / works from me that are either gifted, traded, or purchased

Profit / commercial use (ex: printing any part of the model art on merch or using in a game) is a fee of +$50
⚠️ IF intended for profit, client MUST have permission from the original creator / designer to use commercially⚠️🍽️ Clients can pair the model with other assets (ex: animal ears, food, etc.)🍽️ Client can make minor edits to the Live2D model art (ex: color change), but major (ex: drawn-in / commissioned) edits to the original model (ex: alt form, different outfit / hairstyle, new expressions or toggles) are not allowed.
Client who would like additional / major edits have the option of commissioning me and my partnered riggers (as add-ons)🍽️ Clients who I deem are engaging in illegal, irresponsible, offensive, or problematic behavior (with or without their Live2D model) may be unlisted from my vtuber kids list. Depending on the severity, it may or may not be discussed (the client is still responsible for providing proper credit and adhering to the TOS)
